The Big Treat – Gift Hamper
The details
When one gift is not going to cut it.
Christmas lunch at your place. Twelve people, three generations, and one aunty who notices everything and says nothing. Walk in with this and you are sorted before you have taken your shoes off.
The Gift Match
Tell us who it is for in the order notes — "my coffee-obsessed brother, my mum, my boss" — and we will pick the three scents to match. You get the credit for being thoughtful. We do the thinking.
What's in it
- Three large hand-poured candles, matched to your people. 265g soy wax each, 50+ hours each. $96 on their own.
- A pack of wax melts.
- A bar of yak milk soap, handmade in Nepal — $12 on its own.
- Stupa incense, hand-rolled in Nepal, 40+ sticks and a holder — $15 on its own.
- A card we write by hand — $5 on its own.
- Packed into one gift-ready hamper.
$128 for the named items bought separately, before the wax melts. $129 here, with everything.
The honest bit
This is the biggest thing we make and it takes us the longest to pack. If you need it somewhere by a specific date, order earlier than you think you need to.
If they do not love it, tell us within 30 days. We will remake it or refund you in full, and they keep the first one.

How to get 40 hours out of it
Almost every weak candle complaint is a first burn that got cut short. Five minutes of attention on day one and the whole jar burns clean to the glass.
- 1
Trim the wick to 5mm. Every time. A long wick smokes, and smoke isn’t a scent.
- 2
First burn, go long. Two to three hours, until the melted wax reaches the glass all the way round. Soy has a memory. Cut the first burn short and it’ll tunnel down the middle forever.
- 3
After that, two to three hours a go. Four is the limit. Any longer and the jar gets hot and the scent goes flat.
- 4
Wick drifting sideways? Nudge it back with a teaspoon while the wax is soft.
- 5
Snuff it, don’t blow it. Blowing flings soot across the wax and makes the room smell like a birthday party that went wrong.
Our 30-day promise
Don't love it? Tell us within 30 days and we'll pour it again in a different scent, or refund you in full. Either way you keep the first one.
What it's made of
Soy wax, a cotton wick, 8% fragrance oil, a glass jar. Nothing else. No paraffin, no dye, no lead in the wick.
Non-toxic, but it is still an open flame: flat surface, away from curtains and the cat, out before you leave the room, and stop at 1cm of wax left.
