Is the incense safe to burn?
Yes. Stupa incense is hand-rolled in Nepal from 100% natural Himalayan herbs, spices and barks. Its makers describe it as all natural and non-toxic, and the scent is mild enough for a bedroom.
What are your candles made of?
Soy wax, hand-poured in small batches in Sydney. Our drink and dessert candles are topped with gel wax that looks like ice or cream. They're candles, so please don't eat or drink them.
How long do the candles burn?
Our large candles burn for 40+ hours. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn for an even, clean flame.
How does pre-order work?
You pay now at the pre-order price and your box ships by 31 October. Change your mind any time before it ships and we'll refund you in full.
How fast is delivery?
Within 50 km of Sydney, we hand-deliver within 48 hours of dispatch. Everywhere else in Australia goes with Australia Post, with tracking. Free shipping on orders over $100.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Every gift box includes a handwritten card. Add your message in the order notes at checkout and we'll write it for you.
What if they don't love it?
That's what the Briha Scent Promise is for. Tell us within 30 days and we'll remake it in a different scent or refund you in full, and they keep the first one.
What do I do with the empty jar?
Bring it back to any Briha market stall, or email us a photo of it clean, and get $10 off your next order.

When's the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by 18 December for delivery anywhere in Australia before Christmas. Sydney orders can go a little later thanks to hand delivery.
